Awesome – you’ve discovered the magic of SCUBA! You’ve already learned many key SCUBA diving skills. From here it’s so easy to become a qualified PADI SCUBA diver.
With just a little more time in the water & classroom you can have heaps more fun & discover much more underwater as a PADI Scuba Diver. This qualification enables you to dive to a depth of 12 metres under the supervision of a PADI Divemaster or Instructor.
Your SCUBA Diver certification will be recognized world-wide and is valid for life.
All courses commence on board our floating Gold Coast Dive Centre.
Minimum of 24hours notice required for reschedules and 48 hours for cancellations. No refunds for late cancellations or ‘no-shows’.

Gold Coast Snorkeling Tours with Qld Scuba Diving Company.
Take a cruise on our custom built catamaran to Wavebreak Island for our 1/2 day Gold Coast snorkelling experience. In terms of fish population for an area, Wavebreak Island has to be one of the most populated in Australia. All snorkelers can be assisted with a guide on the basics of snorkeling and the areas that are best for photography and fish feeding. We also have boogie boards with view holes for those that just wish to float around.

Book a PADI SCUBA Diver Course
For 10yrs + over
PADI Scuba Divers are qualified to:
- Dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 metres/40 feet.
- Obtain air fills, rent or purchase scuba equipment and participate in dive activities as long as properly supervised.
- Continue dive training by completing the PADI Open Water Diver certification and taking certain specialty diver courses.
