My partner booked this course and from start to finish they were incredibly unprofessional to deal with. After his first day he got really sick and couldn’t complete the remaining 2 days. He asked for a partial refund (and understood if they couldn’t) but they were extremely rude about it.He said the guy driving the boat was not happy to be there and extremely impatient with some of the other guys doing the course.Expensive and unprofessional don’t waste your money with this company.
I have done all of my certifications up to divemaster here and i couldn’t have had a better experience. I learned everything I know thanks to the amazing people that work here. Because of the incredible environment at the shop I believe that I got the chance to learn something from each one of the instructors and you can tell that they all love what they are doing and are there to help and give a great experience.I would extremely recommend the shop for snorkeling, diving for the first time and getting your certifications as I had the amazing opportunity to do them all.Love you guys💖

Horrible experience. The instructor Francisca has not introduced herself or made the experience fun. If you have done diving before I recommend that you do not do it here, there are places that take you to the open sea. Here you will be taken to a beach and you will spin in circles on the shore. We only went down 6 meters and saw nothing. The worst $130 invested of my life.
I had the open water course and with oxygen the dive only lasted 27 minutes and descended to a depth of 6 meters and could have gone deeper. The instructor Francisca is the worst there is, she didn't know how to locate herself, we swam in circles all the time at a depth of one meter. The instructor didn't know where she was, she had to come to the surface about 5 times and we continued swimming in circles. If you want to dive, don't do it here.
The worst diving experience you can find in GC, we have gone 3, one of them with a license, the instructor did not even show up, we spent to be exact 27 minutes of which we spent more than 20 going around in circles on the shore, sincerely if you can avoid this company you will save money.
I got my open water diving license with these guys. The course runs across 3 days and they were very accommodating when I needed to split the days. Ambro was my instructor for the first 2 days and then we had Laura for the 3rd. Both were amazing. So helpful and friendly and really made you feel welcome. Everything is really well organised as there are a few different groups out at the same time for different things. It was impressive. Diving must do something to your dopamine levels as every member of staff is so happy. It, and them, will leave you feeling great. Highly recommend.
I got my dive master license there.As you get a dive master license it is adviced that you pick a dive center that you are familiar with as you are not only do the training but also part of the employee there.But I just Google and decided to go there. I'm glad that I pick there as all the staff there are very friendly and nice especially my mentor Tomo.Learnt a lot of things throughout the process and it is always different experiences when we go out the sea although we always dive in the same spot. But the view under always different.Great place to get your license or try the discovery scuba diving.Recommended!

I found my diving instructor racist and rude. I dont know her name, (middle aged women). I wish I could give 0 for that isntructor. She is not fit for that job. I would not recommend this company because of that lady instructor. Very bad experience
They know how to teach, they are patient and they care that you really know how to do things. In addition, there is a very good atmosphere and you have a great time. My instructor, Laura, has been excellent. Don't hesitate to dive here!!
Their Discover Scuba Diving session was an incredible first diving experience! At not many other places can your very first time with SCUBA be in the gorgeous Pacific waters and involve meeting sea creatures in their natural habitat. The instructors were lovely and I felt safe the whole time. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking to try out diving or just for an unforgettable way to experience the Queensland beaches on vacation.
I went on an intro scuba dive with Loli and Marcus and had an amazing experience - very highly recommended! They were so patient helping me get over my nerves and so much fun - it was a great adventure and looking forward to going back - the whole team are very friendly and knowledgeable.
I went on the Wonders of the Gold Coast double dive package, and I have to say this was amongst the best diving centres I've encountered. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and they made sure everyone had the best day possible. They created a fun, relaxing environment. Oscar and Riane, out dive guides, were excellent, as well as every other staff member I spoke to! Really recommend, thanks guys
Our second time with these guys & we highly recommend them for safety and lots of good time, even for less experienced swimmers. The tour runs for about 3 hours from midday to early afternoon. Very accommodating and Steve makes a mean cup of hot choco! Congrats and well done guys.
Excellent morning with this crew.Start to finish it was an excellent first scuba diving experience.Briefing to start was detailed but not dragged outGroups were small with each instructor, which meant an excellent experience for all.10/10.
A lovely experience with friendly staff, they made sure we had a good time even whilst others in our group where struggling.I was pleasantly surprised by the number of fish around us and we even saw an eel getting fed by the instructor.
They offers an outstanding diving experience for both beginner and experienced divers. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the equipment is in decent condition. They made sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. However, the diving sites may not offer as much marine life as advertised. Overall, while the experience is okay, it may not be the best option for those looking for a wide variety of marine life during their dive.
What an amazing experience, I wish there were more stars to give! Our group of 4 had never scuba dived before and were all nervous going into this! Thank you to our instructor Loli for making this experience so enjoyable, we had an absolute blast! This experience is a must for anyone on Holiday on the Gold Coast!!
The staff were all friendly and helpful given there were about 50 people, it was a bit crowded on board with gear spread out for diving. About a third of us were only snorkeling, to be honest I felt the snorkel operation was second to the divers who were putting in hours for their diving certifications. We had to sit with their gear under our legs and all around us. Once we were underway it took about 20minutes to arrive at a small beach section with a jetty of rock wall on one side. Here is where a variety of fish hang out, they were anxious for food that some snorkelers were given to bring the fish up close. Our 9 year old grandson enjoyed that part as well as wearing a wet suit and proper snorkel and mask. On this day the water was cloudy, stirred up from the areas many jet ski, power boats and many people doing a variety of water sports close by, there are not any reefs here of course, some brown rock and sand.The people that were just snorkeling could choose to hang out either in the water or on the boat waiting for the divers to complete training. Although we enjoyed the staff and fellow water enthusiast I would probably make the effort to go to the Barrier Reef instead where there are numerous snorkeling spots with amazing reef fish varieties. Although I can understand why a business would join these two activities, diving and snorkeling, I want to suggest that it was a bit chaotic with both activities underway signing forms, different instructors instructing here and there. Not really the family outing we were looking forward to but we made the best of it. I am not saying in anyway that the instructors or the business is not doing what they should be, only that for us who were just snorkeling the whole thing wasn’t organized very well to give the best experience.
It was an amazing learning and diving experience for me. My instructor Steve is very supportive . I have learned so much from him and I feel very confident to go under the water with him. Other instructors on the boat are also very supportive, such as Adam. They always make sure if I am ok. My diving buddy is also very nice and we help each other out. It is an unforgettable diving experience and I would definitely come back to do my advanced level diving here!
We booked a private dive and snorkeling trip for 15 people. The focus on safety was excellent, specifically for the scuba diving. Although the dives were in fairly shallow water, but appreciate the rigor. The boat was very basic as was the service. The cost of the tour was high for the quality of the boat. For a private tour, I would have expected the crew to pay attention to things like serving hot chocolate when people got out of the water (it was freezing). I would not book a private experience in future because the quality is not there. The scuba instruction was very thorough and focus on safety excellent.
Amazing dive team and shop! Completed my Open Water dives while on vacation in Oz, and booking/communication was easy and efficient. Was able to complete my dives with Tomo, and he is phenomenal! He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and able to help improve my diving. Will definitely be back my next time in Australia.
I took my PADI Open Water Diver certification here and couldn’t recommend it enough! Georgia was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and the whole team made me feel welcome which really enhanced my experience and made my holiday fantastic!Thanks again 🙂

AMAZING. The staff were all sooo lovely and they couldn't have been more helpful with anything I needed. I got my Open Water and was lucky to have one on one for the entire thing. They had my qualification certificate send to me before I had even left on the final day! Totally worth it and I would recommend this company to anyone 🙂
Didnt have a great experience with customer service my sister booked to go snorkelling along with 3 family members and they got COVID the day before rang to cancel no one responded so on the day of the trip they called then emailed and they said sorry no refund or reschedule I would not recommend this company at all. Not very accommodating with whats happening right now. She tried ringing a lot also but they never responded. The email replies back was very rude also.
Great experience! Scuba Andy, Scuba Obie and Scuba Reef were really great and made us super comfortable. Loved that it was all in the ocean and not in a pool

First trip to goldcoast and started our holiday with scuba. Fully satisfied with their service and moreover with their pleasant attitude. All of them were very helpful and if I had a choice, I could have rated them more than 5 stars. We had two of the best instructors, who took their time to make us enjoy to the fullest. However,I am extremely hydrophobic but this turned out to be the best experience so far.
Awesome day snorkelling at wave break island! The guys who took us out, were super friendly and helpful! So many beautiful, colourful fish that we were able to hand feed as we snorkelled.. I highly recommend Queensland Scuba Diving Company for a great day out!(people of all ages, especially kids!)
Three days of close instruction... with most of the time in the water... Steve took us (each trainer took four persons) through all the paces, customised to each person's ability, the equipment was well fitted and total (didn't need to bring a thing... though I was able to bring my own mask and snorkel).. it was educational and fun...Ask for Steve... he's very experienced!
My wife and I had a great snorkelling experience with the team at Queensland Scuba Diving Company, thank you. We saw lots of fish and shells and the snorkelling far exceeded our expectation. The equipment was well maintained and a good number of crew to accompany us. We are thinking about having a go at the no-experience dive and even to get PADI certification because the crew were very experienced, safety-conscious and patient.
An excellent teacher can make all the difference in a new learning experience, and that's why I'll be forever grateful that I signed up with QLD Scuba Diving and lucked out with Scuba Steve as my open water diving instructor for 3 days. What a legend! With 30 years of diving experience, he made us all feel comfortable, safe and taken care of underwater, and kept me calm each time I felt out of my element. You never get the feeling that any question is too silly or that he's impatient in any way. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, plus he's funny and personable and fun to spend the day with. He noticed I was cold on the first day and offered me a second wettie to wear underneath on the subsequent days too. I'm fairly nervous around water so I'm surprised at how comfortable I felt under his instruction. I'd 10/10 sign up for another course and ask for Steve in the future, and can't recommend this mob enough - everyone was friendly and great to deal with. Thanks so much, QLD Scuba Diving 🙂

Signed up the course without reading that it doesn't actually start on a Friday, they were super accommodating. Started at 6:30, we were done by 12pm. Andy was a great instructor, took his time with me and my ears that were causing trouble, had a few great solutions and was very patient when I needed it. Was a great and easy course, and the interns were super nice. I hope to come back as an Intern and keep up on the dive skills.
Amazing experience!! My boyfriend and I completed the PADI open water course, and every day we felt like we learnt so many valuable skills, and it was so much fun every step of the way. I found myself struggling with the cold on the second day, and the next day my instructor Matty took the time to find me extra gear to ensure I was warm and comfortable on our next dive. This course has really opened up a world of possibilities for me, thank you so much to Matty for the mentoring he gave us, and a special shout out to Andy, Obi and Reef for keeping our spirits extra high!!

I had an incredible time getting my open water scuba license with my girlfriend. The whole team was absolutely lovely and patient with everyone. Our instructor was Matty and he was a legend. He was really thorough throughout all of the lessons and made everything super easy and comfortable for all of us. Cheers Matty! I would definitely recommend coming here for lessons!

What an awesome morning of snorkelling with Qld Scuba Diving Co. at Wave Break Island. A big shout out to Halley, who was delightful from the moment she picked us up at the hotel until she dropped us off. Halley advised us not to miss seeing 'the little fish' darting in and out of the rocks. So we took our time and she was right! We spotted so many beautiful littlies among the schools of other fish. Fantastic operation! My instructor (Manny) was top-notch, cannot recommend him highly enough. Did the Open Water Three Day course and had an absolute blast. Will absolutely recommend to anyone.Note: Google Maps directions aren't the best, as it only takes you to the parking lot. You have to go down to the end of the pier and take a left at Gold Coast Helicopters, then walk another 30 meters or so.
Very nice experience and the team accompanied us were very good. Saw and fed a bunch of fish. It is a very surreal experience. Recommend scuba diving with this company if you are first timers
Had a very great experience during the three days at the Open Water Diving Course. Instructors were super friendly and welcoming, my instructor, Manuel, was extremely patient, detail-oriented and he gives clear instructions as well. Despite Manuel being the only instructor to 4 students, he was attentive to all of us, helping us out when we have difficulties and provide advice and help when we needed it. Overall, a really great and worth-the-money experience, much thanks to Manuel and company.
Just finish my open water course, and I enjoyed the diving experience and the price is very affordable. My instructor, Manuel, is very professional, knowledgeable and patient when he was teaching me. His instructions were absolutely clear and when I'm uncertain about any drills or question, he will be very willing to teach me again.
